iv just just finished a batch of "Wine" today, Iv learnt this method of Urine Therapy from' Kate of Gaia show' so now i will pass it to you, this method i did starts by :
1st. Collect your Urine in a bottle 3 times in the day of starting, "Morning, Afternoon, Night" ****P.S. I personality wouldn't collect your 1st. urine in the morning but the 2nd for "possible" toxin flushing reasons ****
